Good to hear from you and I hope the graphics course is going well.
I have read your brief and looked over your two designs, the brief is a good one
which details the developments we have run on the medium carton pack to reduce
size and replace all plastic with board to make it fully recyclable but with the basket
still remaining giftworthy.
As these packs retail at a smaller price than in previous years reducing the pack size
will still remain important, Constructionly both your ideas are square which is fine but
no different from last years pack, I would suggest adding some shape to make the pack
more giftworthy but still keep the edges and top flat for stacking.
The chocolate egg should be foiled but doesn't have to be plain gold, maybe add some of
your new logo to it or replicate the design of your egg illustrations on the egg foil.
The colours and new kitkat logo of your design are good and different from existing.
